Bright yellow-orange cat urine

I started giving my 14 year old cat Epakitin 5 days ago, and started Azodyl yesterday for kidney disease.  I've just noticed bright orange-yellow stains left where she has been sleeping.

Is this due to the medication?

Any info would help!

I agree with opus88. I think you should contact your vet and inquire about
these bright yellow stains and need be take your kitty into the vet to
be examined. Good luck . Eve ( mother of Sammy the cat)

I'll back up an observation by Opus...I take high potency B vitamin tablets to help my health.  If I'm taking more than my body needs that day, the urine does turn bright yellowish-orange...

hi...we are not Vets on this site, I urge you to contact your Vet that prescribed these supplements and ask them....
bright yellow urine can be because it is very concentrated....ie not enough water..
or if there is Vitamin B in any of these supplements????
sorry otherwise can't be of much help, do phone your Vet....good luck♥
