My cat will not let me touch it to see what is wrong, but her front paw is bleeding and I believe the nail got pulled off.
what do i put on it?

Since above all else the cat can get a serious infection from this, take her to the vet. By serious infection, I mean something bad enough to lose a limb or even her life. Take her to the vet now.
