The tuna is once a week maybe once every 2... but it isnt tinned tuna, its fresh tuna from the Fish market...
Is that alright? Cause he has a fish dish once a week (different fish all the time)
And chicken is more than anything, and also ham and lamb and things....
Thanks

Oh good, I was getting worried! I've always given my cats tuna juice as a treat with a few little pieces in it but only maybe once a month or so, if that.
Glad it's ok as an occasional treat then. :)
I think we got our one cat when she was around 12 weeks but she still is a crazy cat three years later, lol.
In regards people tuna for cats...did some research.
An Occasional Treat of people tuna is ok for kitties, but not as a regular part of their diet.
Eating too much plain tuna can cause cats to develop a Vitamin E deficiency due to the low levels of this nutrient in that fish. This is likely to lead to yellow fat disease: http://tinyurl.com/36t6tn6

The kitten is like 22 weeks now, maybe older.... :)
Nope, he has never ever been sick and he eats everything else fine....
This cat is GLUED to me... but thats only since ive been pregnant myself.
Because when he started suckling off my mummy cat, we gave him kitten milk from a bottle untill 12 weeks. (Then we had to do this with one of the newborns cause she got cat flu :( but she's better now:))
He has no bad behaviour.... He is the most playful but knows when to stop! He has SO much attention because he doesnt leave me alone...He even tries to get IN my bath! He is my shadow.
We have tried EVERY brand of cat food we can find... nothing will do it. He will NOT eat cat meat. I mean we put proper chicken in with a little bit, hhe will eat the chicken leave the cat food, we have tried Jelly and Gravy cat food, Doesnt like it??
He had his injections the other day and the vet said he was healthy.. but I am just wondering was it cause he left his mum too early thats the problem, bt his sister eats fine...??
xx
6 weeks is ok, the longer the better that they are with their mom, but eight weeks is a nice age i think.... the kitten you got is not six weeks, by his behaviour id say more like 4 weeks. and my guess without looking at him, there is nothing wrong with his teeth...does he sometimes eat really fast and then throw up his meal?
i was given a cat who was taken from her mother at four weeks and sold to us as a six week old, she is much the same, shes picky with her food, shes lathargic, moody, insecure, suffers from seperation anxiety, claustraphobia and balemia.
these are common symptoms for a cat weened from his///he/r mother to young./
i find, extera attention, a controlled diet, and dicipline for bad behaviour helps./ my girl is now twelve, and she still needs work to this day./
love and patience and expensive food is the key./
Okay, I will stop the tuna. It was only once a week or once every 2... So it was rare. Is fresh fish okay? Like Cod and things? Because the Tuna wasnt tinned tuna its fresh from the shop. It's more chicken than anything because my woodland turtle eats chicken...We've even tried mixing in the ham with cat food, he'll eat the ham not the cat food. Which makes me wonder if it is his teeth?? Like what has happened with a previous cat I have at the moment. But it cost £200 just for anesthetic to check if it is the teeth. :( But the kittens owner is paying for his kitten. We just still have it becausse he doesnt have his house, but he is paying for vet bills.
We are getting her spayed in 2 weeks. As thats when my mum gets back off Holiday and I am not allowed to sign any forms or anything. Cause I am 17 not 18.. So I have to wait untill she gets back.
They eat kitten biscuits, they all go through a box every 3 days Greedies.
We are trying to get him into Cat meat... but he wont eat it, he literally eats round it!
Thank you :)

cassie, kittens must be at least 6 weeks before leaving their mothers...but 8+ weeks are even better, gives them time to learn how to eat solids on their own yes.
You really shouldn't be feeding the one kitten tuna its very toxic to cats....and if he's eating table foods he'll not ever like cat foods...somehow slowly try to get him changed over to cat food. the occasional table scrap is ok(except for tuna) but if they are only eating human foods they aren't getting all the necessary nutrients and kitty will become ill....so please try to gradually get him on cat food, try mixing it in 50/50 with chicken or whatever he's used to getting, than gradually keep adding more cat food and less human food.
I'm glad all the others are doing well for you now and that the older kitty isn't pregnant, please now have her spayed...she is awful young to be a mother and you really do a zoo already to look after.
