Akira is a very drooly cat, too. When she is happy, if her face is touching my clothes, they get wet. I always figured it was just a normal happy kitty thing. Her eyes close, she has a blissful expression on her face and has the happy paws kneading away, all the while she is drooling.
So, little girl likes PVC tubes...
But this is not the first one I gave them and I didnt see such affection for the previous : they all liked and after me covering the tube with sisal rope and the upper side with EVA the thing became part ot their furniture and they use to sleep on.
But covering the surface with EVA makes the surface smooth - but also hide some loved holes so I guess I will keep the new one just the way it is .
My intention was keep that backyard as an extra toy but yesterday evening I brought it to living room together with Loreena and she just decided that was her new nap spot- after playing a lot.Not even went bathroom to play with kids - poor ones!!
Another day not having breakfast - and playing with the thing. Its quite hard to know from where she ( ok, we - Im not am example of good eater also) got energy for .
Btw, do you think rescued cats can have a, well, metabolism adapted to eating more than need somedays ( when the food is special for example) and keep energy reserved for the others?
I mean, a wild/feral feline cannot count with meals everyday at the right time the way our pets can...
Old Cammie cat used to drool so much (mouth and nose) when she was really into getting petted that when she'd shake her head we'd get "kitty raindrops."
sorry apple, I misunderstood ya!!! about the antitoxic...-)
as far as the reel with plastic tube there are some plastics that make cats crazy just like it was catnip....one of mine goes crazy over a bag of carrots for some reason...has to be carrots and still in the plastic..
they have such sensitive noses..they are picking up some scent that we are totally unaware of.
Opus, theres no catnip in a reel of net cable empty. Its just a plastic tube with two wood circles on the extremes - big size ones
And I GAVE NO ANTIBIOTIC, I gave an ANTITOXIC - its just a mix of vitamines and hepatical protector. The only danger it can cause is you lost time if the stuff is serious and the product not adequated for..
But thanks for the fasr answer anyway.
oh yes indeed cats do show satisfaction by drooling especially when they are given a product with a type of catnip....so don't worry hon-)
...they get these 'crazy' super energy bursts....completely natural.
apple I wouldn't give her an antibiotic unless there is evidence of infection...if you overuse these products they build up a resistance than they will no longer work...
((hugs)) to the girls♥
