My cat is in a lot of pain in her anus area.

My cat is a little over a year old. She had kittens about 4 months ago. She's been in and out of heat since then, but recently she's shown no symptoms of heat. She is very hesitant to jump, and lately, she is VERY upset. She cries when you try to lift her tail and she licks that area frequently. Last night she had her butt raised and got in the "praying position". (We thought she was in labor, because we're not sure if she's pregnant or not.) We put a sheet under her and she started pawing at it, then defecated a small amount (She seemed constipated). The area around her tail is swollen and is sensitive to touch. She has also become very aggressive to our other cat (her kitten). Please help me.

Sounds as if your cat could be constipated. If her butt is puffy then she may be contipated. If she had a small bm and nothing else, I would try and give an enema. Your vet will have them or you can have the vet check her out xray, urine blood work whatever she needs to identifynthe problem. Its good to get pet ins as well. DIY: If she doesnt go, then i would start a warm soapy solution enema until she gets relief. Keep her in a bathroom while getting her straightend out for about an hour or so. Put a litter boc in the room. Stay with her to watch and help her along. Do not push or force fluids in teal fast she may throw up. Slowly insert and slowly push fluids in her. Never give cat oral mineral oil or human laxitives other than miralax 1/4 tsp mix in  food about a tablespoon of wet food  or water. Wait  1 day repeat until she goes. Stop once she is relieved.
