There's nothing fun like a male kitten. )
I forgot Buff and Cooper are boys. Your first males, yes?
Just under 25 hours and we will be hitting the road in a few minutes to visit friends in northern Maryland and then will drive across the top of the state to get the boys tomorrow morning.
Feeling the excitement at Catmount Grange... :):)
Who does time travel slowly withal? One waiting for his kittens.
Just under 47 1/2 hours to go...
So I should address you as Lord Alasdair??? I like it .....so shall it be!
The naming comes from my years in doing Medieval historical re-creation. I was a Herald for quite some time, many of the duties of that office revolved around helping members come p with historically sound names for the personae they portrayed.
Since 1978 my main persona has been Alasdair Morgan of Clan Gunn, a mid 14th century 1/2 Scot - 1/2 Welsh mercenary bowman, bodyguard and cook. As Alasdair has been awarded for his service, I can call myself Lord Alasdair.
I also portray other characters: Lucius Vergillius Ambulator (1st Century Roman-Briton wandering merchant and healer), Gunnar Halfdansson (8th Century Danish poet and brewer, Alexander Schütze (12th Century German soldier) and Alessandro di Scotti (15th Century Italian mercenary).
Hi Pip,
Oh How I Envy you and Anita. They are just adorable and I am sure Ms Teia will welcome them with open paws.
By the way where do you come up with such regal names. They sound like they should be in the "Social Registry of Cats"!
I haz a happy for you too......:))
