Our outdoor cat’s nose is completely raw and bloody. Does anyone have any advice?

Her nose has been like this off and on for years. At first we thought she was fighting with other cats at night and was getting scratched so we kept her inside at night. We realized that wasn’t the case though. We have taken her to three different vets and no one can seem to figure it out. We’ve given her all kinds of meds and kept her inside for extended periods of time. It sort of healed up once, but was white without any fur. As soon as we put her out thinking she was healed she tore it up and it’s all bloody again. I’m at a loss and don’t know what to do. She the sweetest thing and I know she has to be suffering with all the skin missing on her nose and bleeding. I want to help her so much but don’t know what’s safe with cats. I’m not sure if I should try yet another vet. Any help appreciated!

Try another vet and see if she has skin cancer.

Also, what is the nature of the "tore it up?" Is it literally torn skin, or does it look more like blistering? I am wondering if she likes to put her face somewhere (for example under a car or in a garden shed) where there are chemicals or other things that burn her skin.
