hi and welcome to our community. Your kitty is telling you in the only way she knows how to get your ATTENTION...that she is hurting.!!! I know this without a doubt.
the consistently runny poop, she has Irritable Bowel Disease IBD. Before we go any further I need to confirm that she has always been on a primarily DRY food diet right?
I had a ragdoll that also suffered from this all her life....I didn't have access to a computer(or any knowledge) of how to use one back than or I could have helped her much more than what I did, and this makes me so sad to say...she was continually given steroids to relieve the runny diarrhea and the steroids led to her death.
In the years following I have learned alot about cats and their diets....NO dry food, they are full of preservatives, chemicals, carbs...etc the list goes on. ALL of these will cause IBD and pain.
The very best diet is a canned food preferably GRAIN FREE and LOW CARB....this will stops her runny poops I can almost guarantee it, also eliminate the pain she is feeling in her gut and thus NO more bed pooping or telling you she HURTS...
I will send you a site by a great Vet telling you how to slowly transition off of dry food and onto canned. must do so slowly or she will get temporary diarrhea, also must transition slowly b/c most cats do not especially love the taste of a grainfree/low carb food its like taking our pizza away and giving us rice...lol

note if kitty is already on a grain free/low carb canned food than i would suggest you get a Vet to do a urine test for high PH...and crystals, cats associate a litter box as being the source of their pain whether it be bowel OR bladder related. but since she has the runny poops I am really suspecting her pain is within the bowel, could always be both though....so a good Vet check is always a good idea when cats start doing something unusual...just please never let a Vet talk you into steroids or NEVER an antibiotic injection of convenia.
good luck, keep us posted ok, this can be fixed
This is behavioral. What have you changed about your household recently? It could be anything - different cat litter, the box was moved, her food and water moved, furniture moved, a new pet or family member in the house, a room freshly painted a different color... hang on - is Mary pregnant? This could easily be the problem as well. If it is a change that you cannot rectify for the cat, like pregnancy, I say close her out of your room for a month, then see how she is when allowed back in - this has worked with my cats: removing the opportunity to behave badly can teach a cat not to do a certain thing.
