Does anyone else cat pee outside there littler box? she's been doing this a lot lately since I got pregnant. I clean her littler box all the time its not dirty I don't get why she does this?

A quick visit to the vet should determine if kitty has a Urinary tract infection.  sometimes even the females will spray if they have one.
Please don't try to shame her or punish her, that will only make matters worse, sometimes causing them to stop using the litter box completely.

Ask your vet for help.  Mine told me to get a bigger litter box without the hood over it as kitty was scared to go in, and when I changed to a bigger box with no hood, everything cleared up...

Miss Teia does this, but has adapted to using puppy pads on a tray designed to hold them.  I think the box sides may be a little tall for her when she has a full bladder.

Her recent physical included full blood panel, urinalysis and fecal survey...no issues.

Your kitty may be having similar difficulty with the double load of kittens and pee.

Vet check will help tell.

Please have your vet check her out. She probably has a urinary tract infection. Can not let that go too long. He will prescribe meds and she should be fine.

We so often think this is a behavioral problem and it is just our kits way of telling us "Help Mom I need to see a doctor". We humans know how bladder infections can hurt, poor kits can only pee outside their boxes. Got your attention didn't it.? LOL!

Are you giving attention to your cat as you used to do before pregnancy?
Maybe she's missing you and some time together...
If not, check if she is healthy and/or nothing around is bothering her or making her avoid the litter.
