This was strange?

I was sat on the sofa last night, and all of a sudden I went real dizzy... even grabbed on to the sofa because i thought I couldnt keep myself upright... I panic easy so I stood up and went to splash my face with water and my heart started beating real hard for a few seconds.. not long after I started getting a headache. so I ate some chocolate thinking maybe I had low blood sugar, as I started a diet last week. and seemed to feel more " earthed " the headache remained though, and I woke up this morning with the most terrible headache. I am a migrain sufferer also, so I am guessing it could have been a pre-migrainous symptom as I get pretty strange ones.

haha I am not actually asking a question, but more of a reassurance or something that this can happen in anyones case, not just us chiari victims :) but will be asking doc if ever happens again

I get that sometimes, it feels like falling.

I thought we were having a car accident a few months back it felt like the car was turning over.

TOPAMAX does have some side effects, but it is something that u adjust to and it goes away in 2 weeks....

I felt very fatigued and loopy, but after the adjustment time I felt great.

Knowing u have issues with meds I would suggest starting out on a low dosage....and if needed slowly step up.
