3 year old son won't sleep in own bed

About 2 months ago I stopped giving my son his pacifier and since then he refuses to sleep in his own bed no matter what. He climbs out of bed and comes to our bed and when we take him back it's like world war 3 is errupting and I am not exxagerating. We tried reasoning with him, sleeping in his bed, giving him other toys as replavement security items but NOTHING works. He is so stubborn. We have not slept in 2 months and my husband and I are at our wits end. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Dont try reasoning with him, dont say much it is a reaction and thats what he wants, Be persistant even if you dont sleep for a few night, start at a weekend, when he comes to your Bed, quietly take him back tuck him in and leave, do it over and over, dont let him into your Bed, The War doesnt matter that is inevitable, he has a power struggle going on over where he sleeps,Dont give him any rewards be consistant and take back control. You give way each time and he knows it , Try it.
