Fit throwing

My two year old has been throwing these crazy fits and doing thing out of the normal, like taking his bed a part and moves it all around in his room turns his table up side down clams on the self and takes everything off of it, claming on the counter to get knifes out of the cabinets hitting things with his toys and crying over things that he didn’t cry about before. I have taking toys away from him but that only makes these fits worst then they were before. When he is made he will hit me and bite me. I don’t know what to do I have tried to put him in time out and he will not stay in the char so I make him stay in his room and he wont do that either. I don’t know what to do about all of this but I’m about at my limit and have to do something.

um, i have a 6 year old who is still doing similar fits that started at 1.5.

Maybe he has ADHD.  Maybe he is tired lately.  Maybe he is eating too much sugar or ?

Talk to the doc.  Those sound like pretty intense tantrums.  MIght be nothing or it might be something to try to get ahold of now.
