I think it is normal they are just exploring life around them tell them that is gross or how ever you would word it and it will stop

Oh, I hate this when this happens! Two of our children did this, at a younger age though. Tell her in great expression "Yuck! That is gross!" Maybe she will think "Yeah, that is yucky".
