get them to check her stool for worms, you can do that yourself aswell when she goes using a stcik or something check amongst the stool for small white thread worms , they do cause hunger ,and children with them at a lot also get tummy pains ...it is easily treatable  ...

thanks guys seeing the doctor in 2 days to try and get them to do an allergy test which i have asked for 5 times already.
she has a great appetite lots of fruit cereal has multigrain bread lots of water and prune juice vegies and fish.
never stopps eating can be so constipated but appetite doesnt stop.
the hospital keeps telling me its self soothing but when i give her panadol 15 minutes later she stops the spasms and starts again in abut 2 hours

If she got better on goat's milk, I would cut all cow's milk products out of her diet entirely.  No cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, things made with milk, etc.  If the spasms are out of her control, the doctors should be interested in helping you.  If they are just behavioral, she'll probably outgrow the habit as she finds she can poo without having all that congestion.

Sounds like constipation , my opinion that you insist that a doctor gives you some input, that is what they are there to do ..help you . Laxatives for 5 months not a good idea , how does she eat has she a good appetite, what food does she eat ...at her age she needs fruit, cerial, beans ,vegetables, pasta , rice, yoghourts , plenty of water to drink , maybe some orange juice to help with the constipation .She is in discomfort so get her diet right and she will feel better , good luck let us know how she is doing ...
