I'd mix some exercise into your day, it will reduce LDL's and raise HDL's, although your HDL level is already very high, a good thing. You didn't give your age, weight, etc. If you have reasons to believe you have Angina, ask your doctor for a prescription of Nitro pills. When the pain starts, take a pill. If the chest pain disappears, you might have Angina. That said, get ready for a really bad headache when you take the nitro pill.
In my case, when I had/have arterial blockages, angina-caused heart discomfort came with heavy exertion, or strong emotional stress. Backing off the exercise/stress generally allowed the chest pain to abate. Often, chest discomfort is caused by arthritis, or other mechanical/muscular issues. Be aware, if you want more information, it will be pretty invasive.
