thank you sir . i shall try to follow you guidlines.
right exercise, walking, do not run, yoga, taichi lots of veggies and fruit, no sweet stuffs, red meat, lots of fish. All of the above will bring up your good HDL. Loose some weight if you need to, do not eat after seven PM. Once in a while is ok to eat late but not every day.
No sugar, no soft drink... stay away from burgers, fry! cheezy stuffs! what tastes good is bad for your health!
your VLDL is HIGH! I do not see your triglyceride? your VLDL is at the border line? watch the sugar intake as it turns into triglycerides. Otherwise LDL and total cholesterol are great. To increase your good HDL do all of the above.
Good Luck! and take care.
Sir,
Thanks for message, hope it will be helpful for my health.

Welcome and thanks for your question! The key to lowering VLDL is to lower your TGLs as it is calculated as 20% of your serum triglycerides. The best way to lower TGLs is to cut back on empty carbs that metabolize as sugar. This includes breads, pasta, sugar filled items and alcohol. Also, processed foods have a high amount of bad fats that will increase your TGLs. Another secret, stay away from sodas as they are high in sugar.
HDL reacts well to Omega 3 fatty acids which can be found in fish, mostly cold water fish like Salmon. You can also take it in a supplement but first make sure you run it past your doctor. If he OK's Omega 3's look for one high in EPA and DHA, you want a total of 600 mg a day. Also, ask your doctor about exercise because exercise will increase HDL very quickly as well, but make sure you get it cleared by your doctor first.
I hope this helps!
