High Fever,head-ache but normal tests.

I started having night-chills and indigestion about 5 days ago.I ignored it until the recent torrents of variable high-fever(103F).I am also having severe head-aches  to make it worse.I went for a check-up,routine blood and urine tests did not indicate any viral infection, flu or related complications.
Now I am taking anti-pyrogenic tablets to keep my fever under control. The head-ache has been persistent and this is really taking toll on me.I am having no symptoms of cold to make the matter more mysterious.I am 19 years old and I do have medical history of cold-allergies.I used to sneeze a few times in the morning everyday but not in these stressful days.
I will be extremely grateful if I could get some insights on what's going on from someone.Thank you!

Was there any signs of dehydration? Because the headache could be coming from that, Fever does make you dehydrated.. As for the fever and the indigestion have they ran any test on your tummy? To see if there is anything wrong in there like gall bladder or appendix?

Have you been bitten or stung by anything, or been swimming in any lake?
Or used a restaurant before these symptoms appeared?

It may be worth getting a test to find out if you have an worms or parasites, or Helicobacter Pylori (the HP test is done by a breath test, sometimes by a stool test, blood tests are not reliable for HP).

Your body is definitely fighting something.
