DVD film for Crohn's - April 2!!

Hi April - long time no speak. I have just been asked to go to London by our National Assocn for Crohn's and Colitis, April 21st to do a DVD film about Crohn's and give my experiences. Not sure I wanted to do it, travelling etc from the far South West and staying in an hotel in my own, but my husband (the sainted Ted) has encouraged me to go.. Luckily I have a great girlfriend, recently widowed, and she has agreed to drive me to friends some 60 miles North of London, and I will take a commuter train to London on the 21st.  We will stay there 3 nights, and I can also see to a property refurbishment issue. I am not at all sure how I will talk, just know that not many people have had Crohn's for 38 yrs and still living to tell the tale. I don't know if my breast cancer comes into the mix, as I have rarely met anyone with concurrent diseases, and don't have any contact with them.  So good to give something back.
Hope you are doing okay.
love, Liz.

Glad to see you back. I've been so busy I haven't had much time to chat. Just wanted to check up on you.
