please help. im miserable. pain in tooth got unable and spread to jaw/ear/cheek and under chin. I have an 18 month old to care for and cant if i cant lift my own head. please help.

I want to appologize in advance for how long this is. but i wanted to make sure i didn't leave out anything that might be important, It started thursday evening, just a bad throbbing in a tooth that is broken that sometimes gets a little sore, but not like this at all. i thought with it being pain in my jaw and ear, it could be my tmj acting up at first, but i was very wrong apparently. , all my teeth are bad due to a whole lot of stomach acid  during 2 almost back to back pregnancies where i couldnt even sleep through the night without getting up to throw up at least 2 or 3 times, all 9 months, even during the csections.. anyway, it was some bad throbbing that went from bad throbbing to extreme pain. I haven't slept in 2 days. i can't eat. i tried every home remeady i have heard of, from clove oil to salt water to tea bags. i have to take an insane amount of advil to just to knock it back for a few hours. and im terrified to keep taking too much advil and some old sample packs of lunesta a dr gave me, just to get 20 minutes of sleep at a time before it comes screaming back, usually with something worse. such as  this morning i noticed the pain had moved past that one tooth into 3 or 4 and the gums were pretty bad swollen , even the gums near teeth that while not in great condition, aren't broken and never had a problem with , and the one tooth, the bad/broken one for a long time below it, in the gum, if you touched it it felt like there was a little lump, but wasn't painful. now that lump is just about gone but my cheek is and the soft tissue on the inside of your mouth leading from teeth into jaw and up to inside of cheek. is in horrible pain and swelling too.. and down to  under my chin towards my neck/throat and when i try to swallow it hurts and it feels like a lump or something under my chin and all that soft tissuey stuff under the tongue is starting to get sore as well. but no tongue pain. and its also spread up towards my ear. and This morning, i noticed that the inside and bottom of my jaw is swollen hurts so bad. i am totally miserable. I have an 18 month old daughter to care for and i can barely lift my head. My insurance will not cover dental, i have a state medical card, and the earliest one will get me in , should i get the money, would be 2 weeks from now. i can not wait 2 weeks. my cheek is also sort of hard to the touch, i cant close my teeth at all without horrible pain and its getting so i cant even open my mouth much. and i just, so, so desperatly want to sleep but its impossible. Is this an infection? could it have moved to my cheek/ear/jawbone and what can i do?! im gonna go to the Er this morning, but my ER doesn't do ANYTHING about tooth problems but they have to at least write me an antibiodic and maybe an anti-inflamitory right? if they give me something to numb it, some sample packs or something, is it okay to use them until i can wait a few weeks to get into a dentist and pray he'll take mercy on me and not charge me thousands they want paid up front and wont bill for! I keep hearing state medical cards will pay to pull teeth, but almost every single dentist i called said they dont take it. i am so so so so so so miserable, even 34 hour labor doesn't compare to this. doesn't an er HAVE to help? i understand they cant do the dental xrays and pull teeth, but should i go spend 12 hours suffering at a  hospital er waiting room if they will say "call a dentist" and do nothing.
from what i have read, it seems like an absess that spread. one more thing- that tooth the original one. seems to be sticking up a little higher than the rest, and tilted toward the left putting tons of pressure and pain on the one next to it. it wasn't like that before, is it possible with it being bad anyway, the swelling pushed it like this? it causes me not to be able to close my mouth comfotably at all without stabbing shooting pain when something hits it.
What can i do? if its an absess and the infection is spreading i dont want this to get to my brain or spine or something. please help.
is there any other home remedies i can try until i can do something?

I am very sorry that this post is so long. i just wanted to make sure i didnt tell you something that might be important.

please help me so i can be in the condition my daughter needs me to be in so i can care for her.

def go to emergency or even a local doctor or walk-in clinic----a doctor can, will and should write a prescription for antibiotics and strong pain killers. Then wait out the 2 weeks and have the tooth diagnosed. The medicines will def ease the pain. Take care.

I don't know what is going on but it sounds horrible!! Can you switch your dentist or get in to any state dentists faster? Two weeks is way too long to wait.

ops i meant the pain got unbearable , not unable. sorry. excuse typos and such, as i said, i havent slept for 2 days because of this.
