Bumps on skip after Impetigo

As an Asian I have very smooth skin. however 5 months ago I was told that I had impetigo. I had some antibacterial cream prescribed and a cream to get rid of the flaky skin that comes impetigo. It has been 5 months and I still have some bumps. They aren't impetigo, ( no leaking), but these are abnormally large lumps on my skin. The would cluster and would look like acne. but when I pop them only blood comes out. I don't scratch on them but they still reappear at random all over the places I used to have the impetigo. Please help me. Being in collage with these lumps are not helping me at all! (And they are really itchy).
