Jock itch problem???

I have had what seems like 3rd degree jock itch for about 4 weeks now. I have tryed 5 over the counter creams and one other, now im using the spray. I have changed soaps and laid out in the sun many times. i stoped waring cloths at home and have not put on underwarer in weeks. I shower twice daily, pat and blow dry the area. Luckily im laid off!!

Now my problem. It keeps coming back, never compleatly goes away, every time i put on the cream it gets  a yellpw ***** layer that crusts up and hurts like hell. the skin in these areas is raw! then it scabs and peels off . When i put power on it it soaks up the yellow liquid. Hurts like hell to wash it off in the shower to. My wife swares she got ring worm from it. Currently the effected area is on the bottom of my pennis and on my scrotum where my penis normally sets a bit to the left. they will stick togeather if i let them!
I have no insurance- so please dont say go to the doctor.

other facts,
i got this when i got home from a day trip to the lake, I got home so late i skipped the shower and hit the sack, woke up with it.
I did get oral sex from my wifer the night befor i went to the lake but she is clean, no new sex partners for either of us for 10 years. She just had a baby 6 months ago and was tested for allot of stuff, all negative.
We are both clean cut!
I also have mildley painfull urination.

We I ordered a 14 day dose of Generic Lamisil tablets 250mg on line. Im 4 days in to the pills. I have been using the Lotrimin spray for jock itck. and i have had 80% improvement. I still have the larger red spots but im pretty shure they are ingrone hairs from the Lamisil cream. It causes some hairs to just pull out at the slightest tension.
I have not tryed to do any work outside that would cause any sweating. I have pretty much just stayed inside.

On another note, me and my wife have both noticed a break out on our hands. Small raised bumps, no color at all. She belives its athlets foot and has been putting Lamisil cream on them with mild results. I read on line baby power works best. I do not know if this is the origional problem spreading or a different thing. We only use antibaterial soap. We wash our hands reguarly.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
What you are having is chafing along with folliculitis skin.
Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream prescribed by your doctor and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful.  Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful on the bumps. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

Various reasons for recurrent or persistent fungal infection are incomplete treatment, treatment resistance, co-existing dermatitis, diabetes and low immunity. Treatment resistance can be overcome by applying a cream with a combination of antifungals (Clotrimazole 1%, Miconazole nitrate 2%, Tolnaftate 1% and Butenafine hydrochloride 1%) which you can get prescribed from your dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

On another note i stoped putting everything on it and it quickly started to go away, maybe 2 days, scabs peeled off to good skin, all but about to spots on the under side of my penis maybe 3 mm in diamiter. Then the next day they started to grow again quickly, then more poped up. I now have small red dots from the size of a pencil dot to maybe the size of a chicken pok in my groin area from my waist line to my thighs. They dont itch or burn, seem to come and go. One was on a hair and it formed a white head. all togeather there is maybe 20 spots. They are of no bother to me tho. Definitley not normal

Two weeks ago i sent the day working in the yard, i wore white cotton undies and shorts. It was hot as hell and i was sweating like a pig for maybe 12 hours. By 8 pm when i came in and took off my cloths it had spread the worst!! Severley painfull, red yellow  crusty, pus ozing, looked like i pored battery acid down my pants. Couldnt really walk the next day. The pain is topical and only with friction. if i set in my lazy boy and dont move at all no pain, I put Lamisil on befor going outside.

After readin dozens of other threads on line i can say i do some times have these hairline cracks in my skin, others decribed as stretch marks. They are definatly cracks in the skin, can be very pain full, come and go, very very small

I have check with the local std clinic and they do not treat for jock itch, do not test for herpies. I dont think i have an std tho. If i do i have had it for 13 years unless its some type of Staff infection my my wife having the baby. She did split badley!

2 weeks before the oral sex my wife did have several cavities filled at the dentist. They were below the gum line, caused by low calsium during pregnacy. we were told this was normal. So maybe she had an infection in her mouth that got in to a cut on my man hood during the bj. She commonly nicks me somwhere while doing it.
