Several symptoms I can find no information on

I have several symptoms that are alarming me, all within a month of each other. I don't know if they're related, so I will just list them here.

I recently discovered what appear to be calluses between only my index and middle fingers and my ring and pinkie fingers, on both hands. They don't itch or hurt.

Also, I've been developing reddish-brown marks, about an inch long, on the backs of my hands and wrists, that have a single blister in the middle of them. These marks look like burns, but I have not burned myself..

The bends under the second joints of my fingers  have what seem like cuts appearing on them (I have not cut myself).

In addition, my neck/throat has felt congested (not like a cold, more like swollen), all the time, but especially when I lie down.

The  neck/throat congestion, and the burn-like blisters are what scare me the most.  The blisters appeared out of nowhere, and they appear quickly. One minute, my skin is clear, and the next, there is a lesion, literally within minutes.  So far, three of these lesions have appeared, two of them together at first, then another about a week later, seeming to move from the area of my wrist towards the back of my hands.

I've looked all over the internet and can't find any information that seems to fit the symptoms, either individually or together.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For such symptoms some possibilities which need to be ruled out are Porphyria cutanea tarda,Pseudo or Drug induced PCT and phytophotodermatitis. To confirm the diagnosis, it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get it biopsied.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
