red- white dots-peeling of palms

I have for 4 weeks had red-white circular spots on the palm of my hands.  My hands have now started peeling (last 2 weeks) continuously.  I am a bit scared as i have had unprotected sex 13 weeks ago and when i went to dermatologist he said it is a viral infection.
I have tested at 11 weeks (negative for HIV) what can it be.  Very anxious, please help.

Anything between toes?  Look carefully, especially between the 3rd and 4th toes.  I have had what you describe, but derm says it's a SKIN FUNGUS and not an STD.
