Freckle like rash on my lower legs

A couple weeks ago I noticed a rash on my lower legs.  It looked like a million freckles with a faint red background from my knee to my ankle and also a heavier patch on the outside of my right ankle.  It didn't hurt, wasn't itchy, raised or anything.  I only know I had it because I saw it.  By the time I got to the Dr it was almost gone however I do still have a bit left.  She had no idea what it was and did some blood work for my liver and also white count.  My liver test came back with a protein slightly elevated.  She is having more test done and I'm still wating to hear. Anyone have a clue??

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be contact dermatitis, allergic reaction or eczema. Another possibility is stasis dermatitis which effects the lower limbs mostly. It is mostly from vascular problems in the lower limbs. I would suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get the diagnosis confirmed.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
