Hematomas

I have had a hemotoma on my leg through a fall and one on my head from a bump I have had it 5 weeks now and in constant pain no pain killers seem to ease it.i am now taking morphine but the pain is stil here,I was told by the hospital it would only be 6 to 8 weeks for it to shift.i am still on crutches and having trouble walking and also sleeping at night.i am now getting fed up with the pain is there any help for this hemotoma.
