Living in hell! please help!

Hi im a 27/m, for 2 years now i have been living with this problem, one day i got a single bump on my arm that was so itchy i scratched it raw, then over the next few days they i had about 5 of them only on my arms, just single raised pinkish bumps randomly spread on arms! i went to the dermatologist and she said it was eczema, so i believed her and went home, a year later they have become worse, now few on back and about 15 on arms and they itch so bad that i cannot not itch them, so i go back to another dermatologis and he said there pimples, well i made him take a skin biopsy and the results came back that there inflamation, so he wanted to check for autoimmune disease, i went to the hospital and got blood work done, he said that everything came back normal! Anti-itch creams do not work, anti-fungal creams do not work, i need to get rid of this, someone please help! the only relief i can get if i run them under hot water or scratch them until i bleed and then they leave nasty white scares! please help!!

Justan, I just posted the same similar issues and I agree totally with you except that I have to have cold water to make it stop.  I cannot believe that no one around here can help us figure out what this is.  I know it is not scapies as some have suggested because my roommate does not have any of these symptoms and we sleep in the same room.
