Marks have been appearing for 3 days so far

I recently started to get red dots all over my abdomen. Well its started as dots then turned to marks. They don't itch or hurts. I don't even notice them until i look at them. Im freaking out because the more i look at pictures online the more it looks like ringworm... slightly. I notice somewhat of a ring but i'm not sure if its all in my head. Around the  time it happened we got a new cat but we took her to the vet and she didn't have any ringworm just a fungus on her ears. I was the one caring for her at the time. Could it be that fungus.? I have dogs but i never hug them i just sometimes play with them and they have no signs of fungus or anything. They have been to the vet before and they checked out perfectly. It has moved down around my thighs and I've noticed new small dots forming around my around, ribs and knees. I am going to see the doctor tomorrow but i need advice for peace of mind. I have locked myself in my room and forced my husband to watch the kids because i'm afraid its contagious. I have been using Ketaconazole 2% cream for one day and have not noticed a change. The marks on my stomach look worse since i have stretch marks from having kids. I will attach pictures.

My dr. said it was fungus. He prescribed Fluconazole pills and cream. It is not helping. Could this be my body not working with the medicine or is this not a fungus like we thought. He just looked at it without testing. I have been taking pills for three days now.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to allergies, viral rashes (contagious) or pityriasis rosea. Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. You should get it examined from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
