Mole on the back right side of my head...

I have a mole on the back right side of my head that has been there practically all my life.  Last night my partner and I were wrestling around and a while later I felt something wet on my neck so I touched it and noticed blood.  I discovered that my mole has been practically ripped off.  The bleeding has stopped after a while after putting some cyanne pepper on it.  I got very dizzy last night after a while so I went to bed, woke up this morning and I have pain shooting various directions in the back of my head, down my neck.  The pain even seems to be affecting my eyes.  Is this normal?  Should I go to a hospital?  I do not have a family doctor currently only access to walk-in clinics.

Thanks for not helping out, I greatly appreciate it! (Sarcasm)  I posted this two days ago and figured I would have some kind of help/suggestion(s) by now.  Apparently not.
