Need help with sudden facial breakout

I don't usually get acne, but get a pimple from time to time. About 36 hours ago, before going to sleep, I noticed a small group of bumps on my face. I instantly thought "where did this come from!?". It is located in the area below my lower lip (left side), above my chin. They don't itch, they don't look like regular acne. This has not happened to me ever. I'm 31 yrs old, male, and usually have clear skin on my face. These bumps are reddish, they have a small amount of clear liquid that comes out on it's own. I have not been squeezing them. My first thought, I wondered if a bug got on me and bit me. Please help me out, I'm embarrassed to be seen like this.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it can be due to perioral dermatitis or folliculitis. Perioral dermatitis like acne is a chronic papulopustular and eczematous facial dermatitis. It mostly effects the nose, mouth and eyes. Treatment consists of oral antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. A mild soap or soap substitute, such as Dove or Cetaphil should be used for washing. Scrubbing should be avoided.

Doxycycline is the preferred antibiotic for perioral dermatitis but minocycline can also be used. In unresponsive and granulomatous forms, oral isoterinoin may also be considered. Pimecrolimus cream can also be used. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
