cluster of moles, what is this?

I am a 27 year old male. I have had these three dark moles at the beginning of my pubic area as long as i can remember, within the past few months though there was a very rapid growth of a large amount of small bumps, witch seem to be moles, they are just jagged bits of skin clustering in the area of the base of my penis and a few inches above it. The original moles have also become a bit jagged and now have some pink coloration in them. the new growth does not itch, bleed, pus, or feel strange in anyway but such a rapid growth of these bumps does frighten me. Any idea what this may be?

Hello,
Sorry replied to an earlier post first. These small growths can be skin tags, seborrheic keratosis, warts caused by HPV, small moles or syringomas. Seborrhic keratosis is caused by benign skin growth of keratinocytes. They can vary in color from light tan to black.

Hello,
There is no cream or lotion which can repair the torn ear lobes. You need to get it done by surgery or plastic surgery which leaves minimum scarring. This is a minor operation done under local anesthesia and you are discharged the same day. Please get it examined from a dermatologist and get it evaluated for the best procedure in your case.
