Pink flesh colored penis bumps on shaft and jock itch

Hello,

I just recently vacationed in Thailand where it's hot and humid and I've done tons of hiking, scuba, and swimming. Additionally, I've also had sex with 4 girls, 1 unprotected and 1 I had come to find out had BV. After this I experience a rash on the innerside of my groin, intense itching, a bit of pain as if something was prickling my skin and my testes had become red. I thought I was chaffing and ignored it for 4 days until I went to the docs who had told me I had tinea cruris (jock itch) and prescribed myocozle. When I had gotten home I.applied the cream but also noticed 7 new flesh/pink colored bumps on the underside of the shaft of my penis. They are not itching, no puss, blisters, but They are almost in a line and some are clustered. I get tested for STD's reguarly but was wondering,

Could these newly discovered bumps be just from my jock itch or something new entirely? They don't look cauliflowered so im not sure if they are warts. An6 suggestions?

Just wanted to check in to see how you were doing?  Were you able to get to a doctor after posting?

Have you been tested for STD's since your unprotected encounter?  If the condition is getting worse after seeing the doctor (and sounds like it's changing), you need to go ahead and get back to the doctor so they can evaluate why the medication didn't work and what's happening.
