Popped a whitehead, not healing.. Could this be skin cancer?

A few months ago I had a whitehead that was in a bad spot by my eye, it took a lot of pinching it to be able to pop it (which i know i shouldn’t be doing). since then, it swelled up and has never fully healed. for the last two months or so it’s just been this red mark under my eye and it’s starting to bug me out.

does anyone have any any idea what this could be? see the below pics:

I wouldn't jump to the conclusion of skin cancer- it's possible the skin is just damaged and taking a while to heal up- that spot is very sensitive.  If you are very worried about it, just make an appointment to have a doctor take a look.
