How long ago did you go to the dermatologist?  How long has it been since it started hurting?  If notice changes (even in sensitivity) to a mole, it's worth giving the dermatologist a call- much better for them to tell you that everything is fine, rather then not take action on something that could be an issue.  Let us know if you are able to call them and how you are doing!

If I’ve got an appointment on the 7th to get it removed at a clinic should I still contact the dermatologist or should I wait till I get to the appointment to tell them any help would be appreciated
Its also been about since. I’ve last seen the dermatologist
If you just saw a dermatologist last week and have an appointment to get it removed that soon- you should be fine to wait.
I’ve also been aching in my body aswell am I just been paranoid
