Red bumps on fingers and smoking

I have 4 red bumps on my fingers - 2 on each index and middle fingers, where the finger bends. I'm a smoker and I smoke with these fingers so I wonder if it has something to do with that. The bumps are not sore or itchy. They're small and red. Any suggestions?

It doesn't look like it. I've looked into various forms of dermatitis.
