Furthermore, I have been involved with many women at different times other than intercourse we had everything.. so you think that it is a case of STD's... I had this thing a long time back as well when i was not that sexually active and i consulted a dermatologist and he said it wasn't STD and this thing has now come up after so many years...

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

This sounds like balanitis .Balanitis may include skin conditions affecting the head of the penis. This includes fungal infections and even dermatitis. This may be a dermatitic skin condition. Mild skin irritations may lead to redness and itchiness especially when lotions, creams and other substances are applied on the area. If you have any history of allergies or eczema before, then this is likely a dermatitis. Refrain from applying anything on the area. Use water based lubricants and avoid latex condoms when necessary as these have been noted to cause allergic reactions in some persons. Wash the area well with a mild cleanser especially after sexual activity. We have to consider STD's here especially in the presence of a significant sexual history.
