I totally forgot until that random reply on my post, I have atopy? Dermatitis and it appears im alergic to a few things now, including birds eye chilli, it was infected and it was treated but the rashes and the wet surface from rashes comes and goes whenever i trigger and alergy. Life is all well. Thanks guys
its been a weak and it doesn look like it is getting much better, it has been a lot dryer though ... having another appointment with a gp against tommorow, i just wished they could have solved this problem rather than me having to go back multiple times, ive had samples taken twice.. no word from doctors. SHould i go to the hospital..? i have an updated pic but i cant seem to find another way to attach it rather than to make a new post
Should settle with antibiotic.Best wishes.
another update.. strange little yellow pus dots have appeared... left leg now semi swollen.. hope anti biotics will work by tommorow
went to the gp today, they took a sample ,
suspect i have something called impetigo , under treatment now ... lets see how that goes.. i really just want to get better . Irritation is starting to effect me, so bad that i no longer have even half the urge to scratch it to me now . Anyway they took the sample to consult a dermatologist, lets hope i get some good solid results.
Also should it cause a diagnostic problem, a biopsy may be indicated.
Itch, pleasure, infection eczema cycle as it is known helps in spread of eczema(dermatitis). For example an infection primarily by a pathogenic bacteria spreads via the itch pleasure factor as an auto-infection.
Antibiotics break the infection part, antihistamines the itch and topical steroids the pleasure itch cycle.
Do consult doc.
and how do they usually start? problem is they take a long time to heal like a very long time, so long that sometimes i acidentally open up the scab again by walking into something or just barely brushing it .. could it be possible that multiple scabs on my forearm , under thigh and low shin be infected by bacteria simultaneously ?
A nummular dermatitis with secondary bacterial infection is likely.
