Strange sore,

I have had a strange sore on my anus for several months now, its is slighty itchy and a little sore to the touch.  It looks like a ring and is solid.  
Im completely baffeled and i dont have health insurance...

It can be a boil, cyst or a hemorrhoid anus. Symptoms of external hemorrhoids may include painful swelling or a hard lump around the anus which may itch. Treatment includes sclerotherapy, rubber band ligation, cryosurgery or Stapled Hemorrhoidectomy. Please consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.

I forgot to mention, I did have an anal fissure at that same spot about 2 weeks before the lump showed up.
