Red spots every year

Hello i am 26 years old and i have this condition for over 10 years. I have been to see many dermatology doctors and still they don't have a cure, as they do not know what the condition is
.
Every spring beginning of March, i have red spots all over my body, Sometimes it can be worst, and sometimes there would be just a few. But most of the time its at its worst peak. These red spots will always come and go until the end of July to beginning of September.
These red spots generally appear on my waist line, bum, arms, thighs, back and shoulders. They can become inflamed with pain which leads to puss in the center of the red spot. After 3 -4 days of the condition the red spots will somehow decrease in size and starts to leave a dark mark. This cycle will repeat until the end of July.

I have done a biopsy and yet nothing has been found. Taken many blood tests and ruled out that i DO NOT have HIV.

I have also been on numerous types of medication and still no cure.

The doctors believed that it was bed bugs at first, however this is not the case as i have a new bed and that these red spots do not appear in winter.
Doctors then assumed that it was an allergy to Flees. But the Biopsy ruled that out.
They had moved on saying that it is scabies, which i was prescribed with bath wash and so on, yet it did not cure the condition.

Doctors then said that it was Superficial Foliculitis and i was prescribed Dermol 500 and Dermol 600 - for many years, i had been using that product and the condition still remains.

This week i have been to see the doctor again and she gave me an answer - an answer of "I really don't know" and prescribed me a cream to try which is Trimovate Cream. I can assure you that this cream is not working as right now there are more new red spots appearing all over my body.

I have asked all these dermatology doctors if Pollen is the cause of this condition, they all said no because these red spots don't appear on the face.

I have seen over 30 Doctors in a day, where they would gather up and discuss my condition. Not one of them can identify the condition. Most of the dermatology doctors are confused to why i am getting it in the spring & summer seasons.

I have been to see many Chinese doctors as well, hoping that herb medicine can cure this and it didn't. Please is anyone out there who is suffering this let me know, or if there is a doctor who knows about this, please help.

This condition is really stressing me out and is making me really depressing.

Bare in mind that this happens in the United Kingdom. I was in America in the July month and not one red spot appeared.

Thanks

Environmental allergies on the skin, usually occur where the skin is exposed to the allergen.

As you noticed that you had no problem in the sunny and warm environment, I am wondering if you are lacking in Vitamin D.  We get vitamin D from the sun.

Unfortunately, when the medical profession carry out tests, they do not always check for lack of vitamins and minerals in our bodies.

Best wishes

Hi,

Swimming would not be the issue, as i hardly ever swim.
When i came to US in July i visited New Orleans and Chicago - very sunny and very warm indeed and not a single spot! its weird right.
My guess is that i might be allergic to pollen. Is it possible to get a reaction from pollen only on the body area? or does it have to be on the face to determine that its actually pollen allergy?

I live in the city environment and i don't think the environment might be the cause because these spots just appear randomly even if i am out the city.
Yes i have tried many times of prescribed antihistamine and still no use.
My eating diet is very normal, i would eat the types of food that i would generally eat in the other seasons. And finally i use unbiologic detergent in all my laundarys.
Thanks for your concerns

My theories:

If you swim in the summer, a reaction to chlorine.

Sun poisoning, except you are in Britain, and we don't think of that is having sunny summers.  Usually your July visit would have seen more sun, depending on where you were over here.

My last thought is that you have food allergies and on top of it seasonal allergies.  We would have different foods and different pollen, so the visit was symptom-free.

As this problem only happens from March to July, it is related to those months only in the UK and not in America.

The question then is what is the environment like where you live?  For example is it near to a farm with sheep?  A country area where there may be a lot of midges?  Near growing fields where these are sprayed?

I use the Dermol lotions, but I have a different problem.  I also use Trimovate (for a different reason), this is an antibacterial and antifungal cream.  You may have to use it for a few weeks before you feel any benefit.

Have any of the medical profession prescribed you with an antihistamine?
You are clearly having a reaction to something.  Are you eating something during those months that you do not normally eat in the other months?  Food allergies can also cause skin problems, certain fruit as well as other foods (I am allergic to goats milk).

Make sure you use an unbiologic detergent with a baby condition (if you use conditioner).

Best wishes.
