This is freaking me out! Please help!!!

A few days ago I noticed tiny little bumps on my palms. They do not itch or burn or bother other than the fact that they are visible. You can barely see them but you can feel them. The texture of my palm is bumpy. They do not really look like blisters because I don't see any type of fluid in them. I tried popping one but nothing came out. I went to the doctor and he mentioned herpes as an option but then dismissed it because they do not look like blisters burn hurt or look like blisters so he said to just wait a few days to see if it gets better or worse. I cannot wait  a couple of days, as soon as I heard herpes I automatically expect the worst. I have been searching on the internet all day long and the closest I have gotten to what it might be is eczema. I do not want to diagnose myself but want to kind of have some type of clue as to what it can be, so I can stop freaking myself out.

I also the side of my index finger has been peeling. Not a lot its a bout the size a bean and I noticed that I have a callous on the on my right hand right before that index finger starts. I do not use any weights so I know it is not related to that. I noticed these to about a month ago but didn't think much of it and now I have tiny little bumps on my hands, could these 2 things be related? Please help...

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like dyshidrotic eczema. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.

Topical steroids can be applied but they are available under prescription. Moreover to prevent infection, topical antibiotics may be needed. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
