MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Treatment for acne includes topical and oral antibiotics, topical retinoids, hormonal therapy, dermabrasion , phototherapy and laser resurfacing. Normally a combination of treatments is followed and if nothing proves effective then dermabrasion and laser therapy are useful. You can discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

There is no real way to avoid pimples. Pimples can be hereditary...which means you have no way of avoiding them.
The only thing you CAN do,to lessen the amount, is to avoid sugars, clean your skin often, avoid makeup or anything else that can clog the pores, drink plenty of water, and NEVER EVER squeeze them...that is what leaves the scars.
Instead of squeezing them, try applying a hot compress on them...this will soften them up and bring them to a head...causing them to rupture on their own.
