Two lumps in perineum when erect and dull ache any ideas?

im 22 fit and active. i recently found two small lumps the size of a ballbearing to the right side of my perineum. they feel firm but are easy to move around. i can only feel these lumps during an erection.

I've noticed them for around a week and ever since there has been a very fait aching sensation from that region of my body. im not sure if the pain is from anxiety. Other than that i haven't noticed anything different.

im planning on booking into my GP which im not looking forward too!  

Im stressed out and wondered if anyone has any ideas on what this could be and if its urgent to see a doctor.

Anytime you detect a lump that wasn't there previously- it's something that your doctor should check out.  I know a trip to the doc for this kind of thing isn't exactly on the list of things any of us want to do, but I think it's a really good idea out of a measure of caution to get it looked at.  Let us know how you are doing after your appointment!
