Rash on arms, feet, and fingers

Hello.  I have had these bumps on my arms and feet and fingers for a few years.  They do not itch.  They do not hurt.  They do not weep.  I am concerned because it is my understanding that clusters of bumps like this are caused by a virus, and these bumps started to show themselves after I became sexually active (I always wore a condom).  I do not have insurance, so I will not go see a doctor, but I hope posting my concern along with pictures here will help out.  I have been STD tested for everything but HSV-1 and HSV-2, and the results were all negative (knock on wood).  I do believe I have HSV-2 although I have never been diagnosed by a professional.  These bumps are not why I think I have HSV-2.  What are these bumps?  They have been there for a over two years.  The clusters are growing very slowly (more bumps have popped up over the years).  Additionally, now I see more tiny bumps on my wrists and some other fingers that did not have them before.

I looked at pictures of granuloma annulare.  I am not convinced that is what these bumps are.  These are individual, small, shiny, tiny bumps that are soft just like regular skin.  I will not see a doctor because I am poor.  I did not make this clear earlier, but I have one individual bump that I know of that stands alone with no other bumps around it.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These small bumps can be due to cysts or other skin conditions like granuloma annulare. Granuloma annulare is a chronic disease consisting of a rash with reddish bumps arranged in a circle or ring. Usually it is asymptomatic but due to cosmetic disfigurement topical or oral steroids may be needed. Please discuss this with your dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I tried posting other pictures by copy&pasting the html link from photobucket, but it did not work.  I tried adding more photos through the add photo feature of this site, but I was limited to one photo.
