Why do I have a rash by my elbows ?

Okay, so for a couple of weeks now ive had these small bumps on my arm beside my left elbow. They're on the outside and they itch like CRAZY. They're usually flesh colored and they're small, like the size of tiny pimples. They're mostly in a cluster, like a huge cluster of 10 or 12, and there's a few in sparse areas. Anti-itch cream doesnt work, and now I'm starting to get some on my RIGHT ARM too ! Little bumps below my right elbow. These bps are raised, and as far as I know I don't have any allergies. They are not contagious as my boyfriend doesn't have any, and I'm really worried about it. Could this be potentially dangerous? Should i see a doctor immediately or does it not seem life-threatening?

It it likely eczema. It's not contagious but it is VERY itchy. Go to a clinic and ask for a cream with cortisone.
