Penis help
I have a pimple like thing on the shaft of my penis its just like a raised bump all skin colored. I also have pimples on my scrotum i need help pease. Been dating my gf for 3 months now and im dying to do things with her im so embarrased to talk to her about this.
I have used a TCA chemical peel it did not work just peeled skin down and made it more sensitive to touch and made them more visible i know for a fact they are not ppp just skin tags. If i cut them will they scar?

Since you are not sexually active, so it can be cysts or infected hair follicles. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.
Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.

Please reply anyone.. I want to know if i can get rid of them at home without the help of a dermatologist.
Oh and i also have skin tag like bumps on my glands anything i can do to smoothen them out? Or get rid of them? Im not sexually active so warts are out of the picture.

You may just have a skin allergy, and require a special soap/cream or a medication to help the pimples go away.
You may have extra moisture causing the pimples. %100 Cotton underwear or boxers can help that because it wicks away moisture. You could try using a drying soap down there as well, just give it a test run once or twice and see how your skin reacts to it.
You need to see a dermatologist who could get a good look at it.
