MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms of anal pain and blood on wiping sound more like anal fissures but it is important to rule out the possibility of any hemorrhoid also. Depending on their location, they can be internal(rectum) or external(near anus) hemorrhoids.
Diagnosed by clinical examination,Per rectal examination and anoscopy. My sincere advice is to consult a surgeon.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Do you have a stinging pain when you bm?It sounds like you have an anal fissure.I suffered from anal fissure last year and it took a while for it to heal.First off you need to get a stool softener, docusate sodium or Miralax are the best stool softeners to use.Take sitz bath twice a day especially after bm so you can relax your sphincter help promote blood flow so it can heal.Your going to need to go on a high fiber diet and you need to get about 30 grams of fiber per day.If you don't see any improvement in 2 weeks you may need to find yourself a good Colon Rectal Rurgeon. He may prescribe you diltiazem, nitroglycerine or nifedipine which is used to relax the sphinicter so it can begin healing or if your case is really serious you may need a Lateral Sphincterectomy which is an outpatient procedure involving cutting a sphincter muscle to change the resting pressure of your fissure to help it heal. You could be in the early stages so be pro-active so it won't turn chronic.Luckily I avoided surgery,I used nitroglycerin for 2 months and I finally got it to heal.Heres an anal fissure support website, good ppl there and you get a lot of info-http://analfissure.editboard.com/.feel free to post again if you have questions,i'll help you out.
