flushed cheeks all the time

I always have extremely red flushed cheeks even when they don't feel hot. They dont have bumps so I know it isnt rosacea and my skin isnt extremely dry its just causing a large self esteem issue and I really have no idea how to stop it. I've looked all over the internet and I think i might have Keratosis Pilaris Rubra Faceii. Does anyone have an idea to what I might be able to do?

I also have this and even though I am not totally sure what the exact cure is there are some things that help me. I like to rub green tea on my face, it makes my face tight and it smoothens it out. The redness doesn't go away but it calms down. I also stay away from hot foods. washing my face with body wash helps because it tightens my face which reduces the redness a little. If i have something to do like a friday night or saturday night, I workout earlier on in the day and break up a sweat then after she shower my face seems to be okay. Its hard to deal with but when you think about it, it gets worse.

Hello,
It can be either keratosis pilrais rubra faceii or rosacea.Keratosis pilaris rubra faceii is a constant and unrelenting reddish rash on the cheeks (blushed look). It is more widespread in patients with atopic dermatitis (eczema) and seems to run in families. Since it is self limiting, so no medicine is required but it is important to differentiate it from rosacea. It can be done by biopsy. So please consult a dermatologist and get it done.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
