Hi Doctor, so this what happens, i recently note a small bump in my penis near of pubic hair, so i start picking and i found a small hair growing up so i pull it with the twezzers like two week later another came on but by one side of my penis and i pop it and some liquid come and i found another hair growing inside so i take it off to and now i have two red scars a little inflamed i want to know if this two could be a wart i applied some vinager and the scar turn white by any chance a follicle can turn into a wart

That relation ship was like 8 years ago and i take STD test for HIV, CHLAMIDYA, AND THE VDRL all negative
This is not the frist time that something like this happen to me, but when happens before dindt take long in heal, i am 28 years old i have alway suffer from acne in all parts of my body and i have alway see in the hair of my legs red spots this two are near of the pubic hair in the shat of the penis, also y suffer from fordyce spots, i star with neomycin and it seems a little lower the inflamation but still there i only have a sex once in mi life like for less than a minute because i dindt have the condom i will try to go to MD as soon as i can but consider this could you think its a irratated follicle

From your symptoms it looks like irritated hair follicles because of pulling out the hair by tweezers. Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
