help!no insurance! red bugbite like rash on stomack chest and back

i dont have insurance but i am starting to worry that i might just have to go to a doctor to get this checked up even though i cant afford it. i have small red bumps all over my chest stomach back and a few are spreading to my arms. they look like bug bites but have a scab like middle and they dont itch at all. should i go to the doctor????

ni i havent gone swimming. they said it was a viral rash and theres nothing i can go about it. they even said it looks just like pox and now a few days later they are starting to itch a small amount but they said its definately not shingles. they are the size of bug bites some are a bit larger. if i scratch some wil;l be scaby white flakes and some will be liquidy or oily do you know how long viral rashes last?they are starting to spread to my arms. its not acne i never get acne and it doesnt look like it . i went to patient first and they were terribly mean
next time go to the county hospitals or look for free clinics. Dont pay another dime to anyone.
which hospital did you go to. If there is no itch then its not any of the poxs .... It could be just a severe reaction to a cream , lotion or it could be just acne.... ( again in terms of reacting to something you did. Also i need to ask you , did you recently swim in a pond or any fresh water or salt water lakes, pools etc....... What are the red bumps like. Do the bumps grow bigger, how big are the bumps. Do they look like they are going to pop or ooze out with liquid !

i just went to the doctor and they have no clue what it is says its like chickenpix but non itcy so they are not and i just have to wait a few weeks and hope they go away. they charged me 136 for a 2 minuet convo about how much they dont know!. i HATE DOCTORS!!
