Bump on face that wont heal

I have a problem with what started out as a small pimple looking bump. It popped after a couple of weeks but keeps growing a new scab daily. I wash my face twice a day and even have scrubbed the layer of dead skin or scab off and it comes right back. I told a doctor at a walk in clinic that I went to and he subcribed a medicene t that I cant remember the name of (combo of antibotic and penecillin) and he said that would get rid of my uti and the bump. Its been almost 2 months now and it will not go away. Now I have a small spot on the side of my face that itches, I dont scratch it and its not open it has no scab. WHAT CAN I DO?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

This may sound like a bacterial infection or a dermatitis. You may need to have your medications modified in case it may need a next generation antibiotic. Other factors to consider here also is when you constantly touch your face. Most bacterial skin infections may be transmitted through other areas of the body through direct contact.

Wash your hands frequently. Seek follow up consult with a dermatologist or an internist so that your medications be modified. If the second line  of medications do not elicit a response, then this may not be bacterial. Fungal infection or a dermatitis may also be persistent or recurrent.

I have almost the same thing on my neck. I can't stand it, mine doesn't itch, but it irritates me. I would also like the answer to that question. I've used peroxcide and other things, but it didn't go away, it turned into a hard bump.
