painful penis head please help!!

I have had a pain in my penis head for a while now. Every time I sit, it becomes increasingly more painful. Also, when I finish urinating, it takes a while for it to stop dribbling, which has never happened before. And by a while, I mean minutes, and it's difficult for me to stop dribbling. There also appears to be bumps around the tip of the penis head, which I assumed were bumps, but my dermatologist wrote them off as "engorged veins"? I've never heard of that before? Also, these bumps, veins, or whatever, they do not burst, have puss, they don't change formation, and they haven't gone away in MONTHS... Anyways, the pain is centralized in that same area, and can become quite severe. I don't know what to do. I've seen three urologists, two dermatologist, and a handful of other doctors. They have tested me for STDs, have done cultures, have tested my urine for UTIs and STIs and everything comes back negative. I have also been tested for yeast, and diabetes, and they have come back negative/normal as well. I have posted a photo of the infected, painful area. I really need some advice. Should I have my PCP check my prostate?? perform a digital rectal examination?? pleeeease heeeeeelp

Prostate causes do not cause the skin symptoms that you are having. However the sticky discharge that comes out after defecation can be related to prostatitis. An inflamed prostate can be pressed upon by the rectum when stools are passed and this causes release of prostatic fluids.

A culture of the expressed prostatic secretions (EPS) can help in ruling out or confirming the diagnosis. A test named as Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) test can also help as PSA is raised in Prostatis. An Urologist can diagnose the condition by digital examination.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. thank you so much for your answer. By the way, I have a doctor's appointment with a primary care physician on Monday. I am definitely going to have him check my prostate. I have looked up the symptoms to urethritis, and it doesn't seem like I have that (as far as blood in urine, and discharge goes). I mean, my penis is very swollen, and there seems like a slight discoloration to it. But could that all be an effect of my prostate? also, what about the bumps or veins on the tip? what could cause that?
I also remember at one point(I'm not sure if this is relative to this issue), I used to have to use the bathroom 8-9 times a day and when I had a bowel movement, a clear gooey substance came out (not brown). It kind of stung too, as if it was acid leaving my system? I have had some weird bowel movements these based 10 months, and I have been getting tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia every other month just to be sure, and those have always been negative.
If I have my doctor test me for prostatitis, and urethritis, what exactly should I tell him to look for in the urine tests? because they're constantly telling me "there are no abnormalities in your blood or urine"

From the symptoms urethritis and prostatitis needs to be evaluated. It is an inflammation of the urethra. It can be due to STD’S like Chlamydia or gonorrhea, chemical irritation caused by soaps, lotions etc, masturbation and bacterial infections of the urethra.

In urethritis the diagnosis can be made only by the proper collections of urine specimens from both the urethra and the bladder.
